Service Technician 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Carrying out service, maintenance and repair work directly at the customer’s site

• Provision, installation and commissioning of envelope inserting machines, letter openers, scanners and other electromechanical systems

• Advising and supporting customers on site with technical questions

• Independent planning and coordination of daily customer appointments

• Supporting the sales team with technical concerns

• Supporting the field service as well as the franking machine hotline

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical training, ideally in the electrical or electromechanical field

• Technical understanding and enjoyment of fault finding as well as repair work

• Independent, reliable and customer-oriented way of working

• Friendly manner and enjoyment of personal customer contact

• Good knowledge of German

• Driving licence category B
