Salary - CHF100,000 - 115,000Role:
Start your career as a Specialist Property Management with our Rocken partner! In this key position, you will significantly contribute to the successful management and optimisation of a diverse property portfolio. Become part of a dynamic team that impresses through expertise and commitment.
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the comprehensive management of a wide range of residential and commercial properties
- You act as the main contact person for tenants and owners, resolving complex enquiries and coordinating effective solutions
- You plan, coordinate and monitor maintenance and modernisation measures to preserve and increase the value of the properties
- You prepare, manage and negotiate rental contracts in accordance with legal requirements and ensure transparent billing
- You optimise rental income and oversee budget planning for operating and ancillary costs
- You conduct viewings and actively support marketing to maximise occupancy rates
- You proactively support marketing activities to enhance the attractiveness and marketing of our properties
Qualifications:
- You have completed training in real estate management or hold a comparable qualification
- You bring several years of professional experience in property management
- You possess sound knowledge of tenancy law, facility management and contract administration
- You are strong in communication, customer-oriented and convincing through your negotiation skills
- You have a good command of the German language both spoken and written; additional language skills are an advantage
