Your tasks:
In this versatile role, you support the institute administration in the operational day-to-day business and take on the following tasks in particular:
- You handle administrative tasks in the area of student administration and work with Evento-Office.
- You support the institute management with administrative tasks, organisational issues and various processes.
- You take on diverse organisational and planning tasks and contribute to a smooth operation within the institute.
- You assist in the organisation and execution of events and occasions of the institute.
- You advise and support students, staff and guest lecturers and competently and service-oriented assist them with administrative questions.
Your profile:
You are a committed, independent and reliable person with strong organisational and coordination skills. You work in a structured manner, gladly take on responsibility and keep an overview even in a versatile and dynamic environment.
In addition, you bring the following qualifications and experience:
- A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship as well as several years of professional experience
- Very good user skills in MS Office
- Experience with Evento-Office as well as in project organisation is an advantage
- Confident German in spoken and written form
- Good English skills are an advantage
- Enjoyment of a versatile and varied activity as part of a small team in a lively and inspiring environment
