Your area of responsibility
- In this versatile position, you take on the professional and organisational responsibility for the secretariats of Medical Diagnostics, the Central Medical Secretariat (ZAS), the Emergency Department and Anaesthesia. You lead and promote a committed team of a total of 11 employees and are responsible for their personnel and professional development.
- You are responsible for organising and coordinating the consultations in the areas of Gastroenterology, Cardiology and Infectiology and, together with your two team colleagues, ensure smooth planning of outpatient and inpatient patient appointments.
- Together with your team, you take on all administrative tasks and are an important point of contact for our patients. You ensure a friendly and professional patient reception and actively contribute in a solution-oriented manner and with foresight to organisational processes and their continuous development.
Your experience
- You have completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant or Health Specialist and bring several years of professional experience in a comparable environment.
- You are an organisational talent and characterised by a structured, reliable and independent way of working. Thanks to your strong communication skills, high social competence and appreciative manner, you succeed in motivating, promoting and confidently leading employees even in demanding situations.
- You gladly take on responsibility, make decisions with foresight and enjoy further developing your team together and actively shaping changes.
