Store Salesperson Telecom (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Professional and needs-based advice to customers on smartphones, mobile phone contracts, accessories and digital services
• Clear presentation of products, applications and technical solutions
• Proactive recognition of customer needs and creation of a sustainable shopping experience
• Handling service requests such as device activations, data transfers or exchange processes
• Support with inventory management, stocktaking and administrative tasks
• Active teamwork and contribution to achieving common sales targets

Your Profile

• Completed training in retail or comparable sales experience
• Passion for telecommunications, digital trends and new technologies
• Technical understanding and the ability to explain complex content clearly
• Customer-oriented, sociable and solution-focused personality
• Very good German skills, additional language skills advantageous
