Service Technician Plant Construction (m/f/d)
Role:
As a Service Technician, you are responsible for the reliable commissioning, maintenance, and technical support of modern systems at the customer’s site. You ensure the flawless functioning of the systems, analyse faults, and independently carry out repairs and optimisations. With your customer-oriented approach, you competently support users on site and make an important contribution to high system availability.
Responsibilities:
Independent commissioning and functional testing of systems at the customer’s site
Ensuring reliable and trouble-free operational readiness of technical systems
Analysis, localisation, and rectification of faults and technical errors
Carrying out planned maintenance work, repairs, and service calls
Inspection of system components and implementation of necessary adjustments and improvements
Competent advice and support for customers on technical issues
Documentation of completed work and feedback of relevant information
Taking on on-call duties on a regular rotation (approx. every 8 weeks)
Support in optimising system processes and technical procedures
Qualifications:
Completed technical basic training, for example as a heating installer, sanitary installer, agricultural machinery mechanic, automotive technician, mechanic, electrical fitter, locksmith, or comparable
Basic understanding in the field of electrical engineering and electrical installations
Strong manual skills and enjoyment of practical technical work
Experience with water hydraulics and knowledge of welding advantageous
Confident handling of technical systems and willingness to familiarise yourself with new systems
Independent, precise, and responsible working style
Customer-oriented personality with good manners and enjoyment of direct contact
High service orientation and strong team spirit
Driving licence Category B
Fluent German skills
