What is my role?
You take on the independent management of a diverse client base and are the central contact person for all fiduciary matters. You prepare annual financial statements, tax returns, and audit reports with precision and foresight. You strategically support your clients with business management issues and develop future-oriented solutions together with them. You lead and promote your team, share your knowledge, and ensure an inspiring working atmosphere. You identify optimisation potential in processes and actively drive digital transformation forward.
What do I need to be successful?
Completed studies in business administration, fiduciary services, or a comparable qualification with a federal specialist certificate
Several years of experience in the fiduciary sector with solid expertise in accounting and taxes
Leadership experience or the motivation to take the next career step
Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment in providing holistic advice to clients
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex matters clearly
Affinity for digital tools and modern working methods
Fluent German skills, additional languages are a plus
