For our ROCKEN partner, an innovative industrial company focused on sheet metal solutions with an internationally renowned customer portfolio, we are looking for a committed individual for the area of finance and controlling. You will take on a broad range of tasks between accounting, reporting and key figure development in a dynamic industrial environment with short decision-making paths. Consistently implemented lean principles shape the daily work at the Pratteln site.
Responsibilities:
You manage accounts receivable, accounts payable and financial accounting
You manage open items including dunning
You handle payroll accounting including shift work
You prepare monthly and annual financial statements as well as reporting
You reconcile and prepare VAT returns
You plan and monitor liquidity weekly and on a rolling basis
You support the forecasting process, evaluate key figures for management and develop KPIs for corporate management
Qualifications:
You must have the Swiss federal diploma in finance and accounting, a business degree or a comparable qualification
You bring several years of practical professional experience in finance, ideally in an SME in a similar role
You demonstrate a pronounced hands-on mentality and are a team player with an eye for the big picture
You have strong analytical skills as well as confident German and good English skills; French skills are an advantage
You have very good MS Office skills, especially Excel, and work in a structured, independent and reliable manner
