Your Tasks

Understand business processes end-to-end, gather requirements, and develop a sound understanding of the needs of internal customers along the entire value chain
Central interface between departments and IT: translate requirements into clear, actionable, and technically feasible solutions, advise stakeholders with well-founded decision-making bases
Develop solution variants, assess risks, estimate efforts, and plan resources
Moderate workshops, interviews, and reviews to bring together different perspectives into viable results
Take responsibility for business initiatives with IT relevance - from the idea to successful implementation and anchoring in the organisation
Ensure planning, control, budget as well as risk and project controlling
Closely accompany implementation, ensure correct interpretation of requirements, and guarantee the quality of solutions
Support the continuous development of methods and standards as a sparring partner with senior experience

Our Requirements

Completed training or degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in a senior role as a business analyst and IT project manager in complex organisations
Strong end-to-end process understanding and the ability to comprehensively capture, structure, and clearly communicate technical and business contexts
High IT affinity and solid experience in digitisation and transformation projects
Strong communication skills in dealing with different stakeholders and experience in managing internal and external partners
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style combined with analytical thinking, technical understanding, and high result orientation
Confident German language skills as well as good English skills for collaboration with external partners and understanding technical documentation
