Your Tasks
- Understand business processes end-to-end, gather requirements, and develop a sound understanding of the needs of internal customers along the entire value chain
- Central interface between departments and IT: translate requirements into clear, actionable, and technically feasible solutions, advise stakeholders with well-founded decision-making bases
- Develop solution variants, assess risks, estimate efforts, and plan resources
- Moderate workshops, interviews, and reviews to bring together different perspectives into viable results
- Take responsibility for business initiatives with IT relevance - from the idea to successful implementation and anchoring in the organisation
- Ensure planning, control, budget as well as risk and project controlling
- Closely accompany implementation, ensure correct interpretation of requirements, and guarantee the quality of solutions
- Support the continuous development of methods and standards as a sparring partner with senior experience
Our Requirements
- Completed training or degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in a senior role as a business analyst and IT project manager in complex organisations
- Strong end-to-end process understanding and the ability to comprehensively capture, structure, and clearly communicate technical and business contexts
- High IT affinity and solid experience in digitisation and transformation projects
- Strong communication skills in dealing with different stakeholders and experience in managing internal and external partners
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style combined with analytical thinking, technical understanding, and high result orientation
- Confident German language skills as well as good English skills for collaboration with external partners and understanding technical documentation
