Role:
In this role, you ensure that digital work environments function reliably, securely and efficiently and that users can use their tools optimally. You take responsibility for analysing, processing and resolving disruptions and requests related to hardware, software and applications. In addition, you plan and implement improvements in the digital workplace environment and ensure that new solutions are introduced smoothly. You work closely with various stakeholders to gather requirements, design technical solutions and ensure their sustainable implementation. Through your structured approach and service orientation, you contribute decisively to ensuring that digital collaboration is smooth and future-proof.
Responsibilities:
- You plan, implement and manage M365 solutions for different customer requirements.
- In this role, you implement collaboration and Power Platform projects holistically and successfully.
- You provide comprehensive advice to customers on Teams, SharePoint Online, Power Platform and Purview.
- As a specialist for digital work environments, you support customers and internal teams across the entire M365 environment.
- You conduct targeted training on M365 topics and thereby strengthen the digital competence of users.
Qualifications:
- Completed education or further training in computer science (EFZ, HF/FH or equivalent)
- Several years of experience in consulting and implementing M365 solutions
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact and professional appearance
- Strong conceptual and analytical thinking as well as high independence
- Team-oriented personality with strong communication skills in German (native language) and technical English
- Driving licence category B is an advantage
