Site Manager Civil Engineering (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF140,000 - 170,000Our Rocken partner plans, builds, and surveys – from structural engineering to infrastructure projects to digital geomatics. Role:
In this role, after thorough induction, you will take on leadership responsibility for the branch and represent the company externally. You actively shape the corporate culture and set clear impulses for successful further development. You ensure a balanced coordination between the various locations. In addition, you harmonise collaboration with the group and ensure that processes and goals are optimally aligned. In doing so, you make a decisive contribution to sustainably strengthening the performance and attractiveness of the civil engineering infrastructure construction division.
Responsibilities:
Overall management of the branch including strategic and operational control
Leadership and development of the team as well as responsibility for resources and organisation
Expansion of customer relationships and maintenance of the regional network
Optimisation of processes, promotion of innovations, and further development of the location
Management of own construction projects as well as professional support of employees
Qualifications:
Completed studies in civil engineering ETH/FH, business management training advantageous
Experience in staff management and project environment
Strategic thinking with pronounced entrepreneurial and customer orientation
High social competence, communication skills, and ability to motivate teams
Enjoyment of a versatile leadership role with a long-term perspective
