Senior D365 & Power Platform Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF115,000 - 135,000Role:
You work on customer projects following agile principles, show interim results early, and accompany solutions throughout the entire process: understanding requirements, designing architecture, implementing, deploying, operating, and further developing. Depending on the project and your profile, you take on technical tasks, professional tasks, or both. You build on Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform and incorporate Azure services where they add real value. Together with the team, you pay attention to quality, security, and clean lifecycle management – and already consider maintenance and operation during development.
Responsibilities:
You work on customer projects following agile principles and make interim results visible early
Depending on the project and profile, you take on technical tasks, professional tasks, or a combination of both
You accompany projects continuously – from requirements gathering through solution design and implementation to deployment, operation, and further development
You develop based on Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform and use Azure services specifically where they make sense
Additionally, you work closely within the team and consistently focus on quality, security, and clean lifecycle management
Qualifications:
You cover at least two of the following areas well: Power Platform Core (Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Solutions, Security Roles), Dynamics 365 know-how (standard functions, process mapping, modules such as Sales, Customer Service or Marketing)
Ideally, you bring pro-code experience for D365/Dataverse (C#/.NET plugins, custom APIs, JavaScript/TypeScript)
You are familiar with Azure integration and services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Application Insights) including API integration, monitoring, and clean error handling
You have experience in DevOps and ALM (Azure DevOps, YAML pipelines, environment strategy DEV/UAT/PROD, controlled releases); IaC like Bicep is a plus – alternatively, you bring portal development experience (Power Pages, HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript)
You enjoy direct customer contact and shape requirements into actionable work packages
You work pragmatically but carefully, consider maintenance and operation, and speak fluent German as well as confident English
