- Conducting assessments and monitoring health status
- Collaboration with doctors, relatives and other professionals
- Supporting the team in demanding care situations

Our requirements
- Diploma as a qualified nurse HF/FH
- Professional experience in long-term care
- Responsible and independent working style
- Good communication skills and strong social competence
- Very good knowledge of German
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
