For our client in Nürensdorf, we are looking for an experienced polymechanic (m/f/d) with solid knowledge in CNC carousel turning. You will manufacture sophisticated large components and individual pieces in small series and take responsibility for the programming, setup, and quality of the workpieces. A varied role awaits you in a dynamic company with a modern machine park.

CNC Carousel Turner (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Independent programming of CNC lathes
• Setting up and operating carousel lathes for machining large workpieces
• Manufacturing of individual parts and small series from 1 to 20 pieces
• Monitoring production processes and ensuring the required quality
• Contributing to the optimisation of manufacturing workflows and processes

Your Profile

• Completed training as a polymechanic or comparable technical qualification
• Experience in CNC carousel turning, ideally with Fanuc control
• Knowledge of CAM programming, preferably with Mastercam
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written, as well as a strong quality awareness
• Team-oriented, communicative, and independent personality with interconnected thinking
