What you achieve
- In your role, you take operational leadership of about fifteen people (doctors and client advisors).
- You convey the values of insurance medicine and ensure a high quality of assessments within your team.
- You set clear objectives for your team, promote their development and ensure compliance with processes.
- You actively participate in change processes and quality improvement in insurance medicine.
- Assessments based on case documents or within the framework of examinations are also part of your tasks.
What you bring
- You have completed specialist medical training (orthopaedics, surgery, neurology, etc.) and ideally have initial team management experience.
- You already have practical experience in insurance medicine and ideally have completed further training (e.g. SIM).
- You are recognised for your dynamism, strong social skills, natural leadership and initiative.
- You enjoy innovating and actively promoting technical topics.
- As a native French speaker (or equivalent level), you ideally have good knowledge of German. Italian is an asset.
