For a renowned, internationally operating technology leader, we are exclusively seeking reinforcement for the procurement team. Your Mission

• You independently manage the entire procure-to-pay process and ensure that raw materials and components are exactly where they are needed.

• With agile order management (pull-in/push-out), you respond dynamically to production requirements and keep material availability at a maximum.

• You optimise modern inventory systems such as Kanban, VMI, and consignment stock and maintain framework agreements proactively.

• As the interface to R&D, logistics, and manufacturing, you manage technical changes (ECR) and drive continuous improvement processes (CIP).

• You negotiate offers in coordination with strategic purchasing, keep invoices and complaints under control, and ensure first-class supplier performance.

Your Profile

• Experience: You bring around five years of professional experience in operational purchasing – preferably in a technical or industrial environment.

• Foundation: A technical or commercial basic education with targeted further training in purchasing / supply chain forms your solid foundation.

• Digital Mindset: You are proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and ideally bring practical SAP knowledge.

• Personality: You act assertively, solution-oriented, and confidently in negotiations, without losing sight of team spirit.

• Languages: Fluent German and good English skills enable you to communicate convincingly in an international context.
