Your Tasks and Perspectives

You coordinate and plan the deployments of the float pool in close collaboration with the nursing management and make a significant contribution to safe and needs-based personnel deployment planning
You are the contact person for our temporary staff and take on administrative tasks such as working time control, invoice verification, and maintenance of personnel data
You support the float pool management in application and employee interviews, quality development, as well as in cross-departmental projects
You actively contribute to the further development of the cross-site float pool and promote transparent collaboration with the various stakeholders

Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH and professional experience in the acute care sector
Experience in a coordinating role, for example as day supervisor, group leader, or in deployment planning, combined with an independent and structured working style
High social and communication skills as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
Sense of responsibility, discretion, and the ability to maintain an overview even in demanding situations
Very good knowledge of MS Office applications and a strong affinity for digital planning systems
