About the job
In northeastern Switzerland, the name Rotz has stood for almost 50 years for expertise around the car, customer proximity, and innovation. Now the family is opening a new chapter and is expanding the well-known location into a unique gem. A restaurant with show kitchen and bar, banquet, event, and seminar rooms for up to 400 people, as well as an expanded self-check-in hotel with private spa suites, will be newly created.
For this exciting project, we are looking for a committed personality with a host's heart and lots of energy in their blood!
This is your chance to help shape this gastronomic lighthouse! For the ongoing operation in the multifaceted casual fine dining restaurant Cabrio, as well as for catering at great events, elegant celebrations, and other exciting culinary presentations, we are immediately looking for a:
Chef de Partie 100% (m/f/d)
without room hour
Your main tasks:- You have completed training as a cook EFZ and have at least three years of professional experience
- You master the organization, preparation, and cooking of your own station
- You ensure the consistent compliance with all hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP)
- You work independently, structured, and efficiently – because a smooth workflow in the kitchen benefits from your professionalism
- You bring passion for cooking and a fine sense of quality so that every dish is created with heart
- You have creative ideas and enjoy actively shaping our kitchen
- You work responsibly and reliably so that your station runs confidently at all times
- You convince through team spirit and a positive attitude that promotes good cooperation in the kitchen
