Application & Process Manager (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Management of the entire lifecycle of business-relevant applications including configuration, further development and optimisation.
Recording operational needs, modelling existing workflows and designing efficient digital solutions in collaboration with the specialist departments.
Systematic handling of error patterns and process weaknesses as well as coordination of sustainable improvement measures.
Building user competence through training, consulting and practical support in daily system use.
Coordination of change initiatives at the interface between business, IT and other stakeholders including support for organisational implementation.
Qualifications:
Higher qualification in Business IT, Computer Science or a comparable field as well as professional experience in a complex organisational environment.
Experience in supporting enterprise software and a good understanding of the connection between business processes, system functions and user needs.
Analytical and conceptual strength combined with the ability to structure complex problems and derive concrete recommendations for action.
Strong communication skills as well as experience in moderation, knowledge transfer and collaboration with different stakeholders.
High initiative, willingness to change and strong service orientation; knowledge in change or transformation management is an advantage.
