What makes you unique
- Complete legal training, preferably with a lawyer's certificate or doctorate
- Experience in administration, a judicial organisation or the field of migration
- Developed analytical mind, precise linguistic expression, great independence and resilience, openness to criticism, team spirit
- French as main working language, very good knowledge of at least one other official language
In a few words
You follow federal case law and wish to actively contribute to its development within Court IV of the Federal Administrative Court, which rules as the final national instance. You greatly appreciate drafting work.

The Federal Administrative Court (FAC), based in St Gallen, hears appeals against decisions made by federal authorities. It rules as the final instance in most cases; among the rulings subject to appeal to the Federal Supreme Court, only a minority are challenged. The credibility enjoyed by FAC case law is primarily due to excellent work quality and appropriate procedure duration. To this end, the court offers its employees modern workstations, flexible hours and a trilingual environment.
