• French as main working language, very good knowledge of at least one other official language

You follow federal case law and wish to actively contribute to its development within Court IV of the Federal Administrative Court, which rules as the final national instance. You greatly appreciate drafting work.

The Federal Administrative Court (FAC), based in St Gallen, hears appeals against decisions made by federal authorities. It rules as the final instance in most cases; among the rulings subject to appeal to the Federal Supreme Court, only a minority are challenged.
