What you will learn with us

• Daily guest administration and guest advice
• Taking on the role as contact person for internal guests as well as external visitors
• Operating the telephone switchboard and managing reception/front desk
• General correspondence and administrative tasks
• Management and ordering of office supplies and printed materials
• Processing the guest address tool
• Conducting house tours
• Assisting with invoicing as well as cash and monthly closings

What you bring with you

• Completed schooling (secondary school A or B) with good academic performance
• Good IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in the 10-finger typing system
• Reliable, responsible and precise working style
• Quick comprehension and good manners
• Empathy and patience as well as interest in dealing with our guests
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoyment of varied challenges
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
