- You advise them personally, by phone, email or sometimes via video call – in very good German, preferably also in other languages.
- Thanks to you, our customer portfolio grows through cross- and upselling.
- You work closely with your colleagues and support each other in achieving common goals.
- Occasionally, you look beyond your immediate tasks and take on additional duties or project work.
This is what you bring
- First and foremost: It shows that you enjoy being around people – you approach them openly and your positive manner is infectious.
- A completed vocational training in a commercial field, retail, or another exciting profession – ideally with customer contact.
- You already have experience in health insurance and have the VBV certification in your pocket.
- You are good at responding to others, listen attentively and love to convince others in conversation with strong arguments.
- Digitalisation is not a foreign word to you – you are a pro at online consulting.
- You have a large network of contacts and preferably live in the region.
