Controlling Specialist (m/f/d)

Role:
You want to understand controlling not just as a set of numbers but actively contribute to the development of a company? For an internationally oriented company, we are looking for an experienced individual who combines reporting, planning, and operational controlling. In addition to analysing financial data, you will work on finance and digitalisation projects and have the opportunity to actively further develop processes, systems, and evaluations.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for reporting and analyse relevant financial and company key figures
You support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and ensure meaningful evaluations
You accompany budget, forecast, and planning processes
You are responsible for cost centre, cost, and investment controlling
You conduct profitability and ad hoc analyses and derive relevant insights from them
You work on finance, BI, and transformation projects and identify optimisation potentials
Qualifications:
You have a completed business degree with a focus on finance, accounting, or controlling
You bring several years of professional experience in controlling
You have good SAP knowledge and ideally experience with BI tools
You communicate fluently in German and have good English skills
