Your tasks

Management of the conciergeries assigned to your route:

• Monitoring and implementation of services;
• Responsibility for formalised quality controls (according to instructions);
• Responsibility for formalised site visits (according to instructions);
• Organisation and monitoring of staff training (according to instructions);
• Monitoring, control and planning of staff holidays and replacements;
• Control and issuance of timesheets;
• Control of work equipment provided (cleanliness and functioning);

Distribution of materials and work products in collaboration with the Operations Manager and General Services;

Responsibility for the safety of staff on sites (equipment, organisation, elements related to HSEQ and hygiene, first aid, etc.);

Application of the HSEQ policy and given instructions;

Maintenance of the service vehicle provided.

Your profile

• Excellent knowledge of main cleaning, maintenance and restoration techniques;
• Good knowledge of the Labour Law and the collective labour agreement for the cleaning sector;
• Good presentation and good command of the national language (spoken and written);
• Fluency in Portuguese is a major asset;
• Good knowledge of IT tools (Office Suite);
• Ability to adapt to company tools and organisation;
• Good personal organisation, autonomy, flexibility and analytical mind;
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and managers;
• Clean criminal record and debt enforcement register extract;
• Category B driving licence.
