Your Tasks

• You take on professional basic and treatment care at clients' homes.
• You accompany the cared-for persons individually and promote their independence in everyday life.
• You carry out care documentation reliably and completely.
• You work closely with the responsible case management and other involved professionals.
• You actively contribute to the care process and ensure needs-based support.
• If necessary, you take on additional organisational and administrative tasks.
• Your area of operation is in the Burgdorf region and surroundings.

Our Requirements

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe).
• Independent, reliable and responsible way of working.
• High quality standards and enjoyment of a varied activity.
• Empathetic and appreciative interaction with elderly and care-dependent people.
• Experience in long-term care is an advantage.
• Driving licence category B.

Your Prospects
