About the job

• You are responsible for the economic and professional management of the Hospitality Department (catering gastronomy, ward hospitality, and housekeeping; 4 directly subordinate department heads; a total of around 50 employees)
• Together with your teams, you ensure high service quality and pronounced hospitality
• You are responsible for planning, managing, and further developing workflows and processes and, together with the teams, ensure smooth daily operations
• You have the opportunity to actively further develop the Hospitality Department and contribute your own impulses
• You maintain regular interprofessional exchange and further develop the hospitality offering
• You actively participate in projects and support interdisciplinary collaboration

• You have a higher professional education in the hospitality/gastronomy sector (e.g., graduation from a hotel management school or a comparable higher education in hospitality or facility management)
• You have further training in leadership and/or organizational development (CAS or an equivalent)
• You can demonstrate several years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in healthcare
• As a member of management, you are comfortable with both conceptual and strategic topics and tasks, but at the same time approachable and bring a hands-on mentality
• You enjoy leadership tasks as well as the continuous further development of high service quality and think and act economically
• You work in a structured manner with high self-motivation and have a forward-looking and proactive mindset as well as healthy assertiveness
• You see yourself as a sparring partner
