For our client, an established Swiss industrial company in the Hinwil ZH area, we are looking for a reliable, quality-conscious and technically skilled individual as a Polymechanic CNC Turning / Manufacturing.
In this role, you will work in mechanical manufacturing and take on tasks related to setting up, operating and monitoring CNC lathes. You will produce precise parts according to drawings, check dimensions and quality, and ensure stable, clean production processes.
- Manufacturing individual parts, small series or series according to drawings and specifications
- Performing dimensional checks, quality inspections and corrections
- Reading and implementing technical drawings, work plans and inspection documents
- Changing and adjusting tools, clamping devices and fixtures
- Monitoring ongoing production and ensuring the required quality
- Detecting deviations and initiating corrective measures
- Supporting process improvements, tool optimisation and technical adjustments
- Maintenance and care of machines as well as compliance with order, cleanliness and safety
- Collaboration with manufacturing, quality assurance, production planning and production
- Experience in CNC turning or mechanical manufacturing
- Confident handling of technical drawings, tolerances and measuring instruments
- Experience with controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain or comparable systems is an advantage
- Quality-conscious, precise and reliable working style
- Good technical understanding and enjoyment of precise production
- Independent working style and willingness to take responsibility for the manufactured parts
- Team-oriented, resilient and solution-focused personality
- Good German language skills, spoken and written

Profile
- Completed training as a polymechanic, production mechanic, CNC mechanic or comparable technical training- Experience in CNC turning or mechanical manufacturing
