Job Description
Within the Brand Creative Studio, and reporting to the Brand Creative Studio Manager, you will bring the brand’s graphic expression to life.
You will translate the creative territories defined by the Studio into visual identities, graphic systems and communication materials, designed to be deployed consistently across all touchpoints. As a reference on branding matters, you will develop guidelines, support teams in their application and ensure respect for brand codes.
With a strong visual culture and sharp graphic design skills, you will play a key role in the graphic and visual development of projects.
Your main activities:
- Design and produce print and digital communication materials (publications, newsletters, presentations, events, signage, brochures, etc.).
- Ensure flawless execution of deliverables respecting constraints, deadlines and quality standards.
- Adapt graphic creations to different formats, uses and distribution channels.
- Create and develop visual identities for projects (logos, branding, graphic elements and recognition codes).
- Consistently apply visual identities across all brand materials and universes.
- Build and formalise clear, durable and easily deployable graphic systems and guidelines.
- Act as branding reference by ensuring respect and coherence of brand codes.
- Manage several projects simultaneously and support stakeholders by challenging graphic proposals to maintain a high level of quality.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and subsidiaries, while contributing to the studio’s evolution through active monitoring of design, branding and visual culture.
Qualifications
- You hold a higher degree in graphic design, creation, applied arts or equivalent, with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role, in a creative studio, agency or luxury house.
- You have a solid graphic and visual culture, rigour and keen attention to detail, a strong sensitivity to the world of luxury, design, art and watchmaking.
- You have very good knowledge of communication media as well as print production and manufacturing processes (printing, finishing...) and the ability to liaise with technical partners.
- You have experience in creating graphic guidelines.
- You have excellent command of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), web design software (Sketch, Figma).
- You are comfortable working in a team and managing several projects simultaneously and know how to handle stressful situations and unforeseen events.
- Your interest or expertise in complementary disciplines (motion design, illustration, knowledge in UX/UI, AI...) are real assets.
- You have perfect command of French as well as spoken and written English.
