Demi Chef de Partie (m/f/d)
immediately or by arrangement

Your tasks

• You support the Chef de Partie in organising the station as well as in preparing high-quality dishes.
• You ensure careful mise en place and a smooth process during service.
• You ensure compliance with our quality, hygiene and safety standards.
• You work closely with the kitchen team and actively contribute your ideas.

Qualifications

• Completed training as a cook EFZ or a comparable qualification
• First professional experience in upscale gastronomy or hotel industry
• Independent, careful and quality-conscious working style
• Team spirit, resilience and enjoyment of high-quality products
