Polymechanic 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Independent milling of highly precise components on modern CNC milling machines

• Programming and setting up the milling machines for the production of precision parts

• Creating and maintaining technical work instructions, process documentation, and production records

• Active support in tool maintenance through servicing, upkeep, and continuous optimisation of tools and fixtures

• Surface grinding of precision parts (a new, modern grinding machine will be acquired shortly - training will be provided)

• Partial involvement in quality assurance by performing measurements, inspections, and documenting measurement results

• Participation in process optimisation and contribution of own improvement suggestions

• Independent organisation and prioritisation of assigned tasks

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ or equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience

• Solid experience in milling precision parts

• Practical knowledge in surface grinding as well as experience or willingness to train in new grinding technologies

• Technical understanding of complex manufacturing processes and quality requirements

• Experience in quality assurance and handling of test protocols

• Knowledge in tool maintenance, servicing, and upkeep of production equipment

• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with high personal responsibility

• Willingness to take responsibility and actively shape and optimise manufacturing processes
