CNC Operator / Set-Up Technician for Swiss-Type Turning (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Independent set-up and operation of modern CNC Swiss-type lathes (Nakamura / Okuma)
• Tool changes as well as corrections to existing CNC programmes and tool offsets
• Monitoring the ongoing production process and ensuring a smooth operation
• Carrying out quality checks with common measuring instruments according to the inspection plan
• Troubleshooting minor faults and performing simple maintenance work on the equipment
• Documentation of measurement results and willingness to work shifts

Your Profile

• Training as a polymechanic EFZ, production mechanic EFZ or equivalent
• Experience in setting up and operating CNC Swiss-type lathes (Nakamura/Okuma) is essential
• Good knowledge of measuring instruments and quality inspection
• Independent, reliable and quality-conscious working style
• Technical understanding and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to work shifts
