We are seeking an administrative professional to provide programmatic and operational support within an international organization. The role involves coordinating activities, managing documentation, and supporting project implementation across multiple countries during 6 months. Spanish and English fluency are a must.

Missions
- Assist in preparing and updating work plans, reports, and program documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and events, including logistics and agendas.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and ensure timely responses.
- Draft and review administrative documents, ensuring quality and compliance standards.
- Collect and analyze data to support reporting and business intelligence initiatives.
Profil du candidat
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative coordination and program support.
- Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with digital tools and data analysis is an asset.
- Excellent command of English and Spanish; knowledge of French is desirable.
- Previous experience in an international or multicultural environment preferred
Conditions et Avantages
