Strategic Buyer Group Procurement 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 125,000The family business of our ROCKEN partner is a broadly positioned Swiss construction service provider. The company produces gravel and concrete, demolishes buildings, creates construction pits, recycles building materials and contaminated sites, provides crane services, and rents out aerial work platforms.

Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the purchasing strategy for the entire corporate group.
Establish group-wide guidelines for procurement processes and standards.
Identify savings and joint procurement opportunities across multiple companies.
Conduct supplier evaluations and develop long-term supplier relationships.
Negotiate framework agreements, purchasing conditions, and quality regulations.
Prepare cost analyses and profitability calculations for strategic decisions.
Assess procurement risks and derive appropriate measures.
Report regularly to management on purchasing metrics and developments.
Qualifications:
Completed further education in strategic purchasing, ideally with a federal diploma.
Several years of experience in strategic purchasing, preferably in a senior role.
Proven experience in demanding price and contract negotiations.
Good knowledge of Swiss contract law, general terms and conditions, and relevant Incoterms.
Experience with spend analyses, key figures, and data-driven purchasing decisions.
Confident manner in dealing with internal departments and external business partners.
Strong ability to structure and further develop purchasing processes in the long term.
Fluent German and good English skills; French skills are an advantage.
