Project Manager in Electrical Installations (m/f/d)

You join the Electrical Installations and Infrastructure department of cablex in Penthalaz (canton of Vaud). Within an experienced team, you manage electrical installation and electric mobility projects, from preparation to handover. You work independently and as part of a team, in a culture focused on quality, safety and service. Your contribution covers varied projects for our clients and sustainable solutions.

• You manage projects from their preparation to commissioning and final acceptance
• You prepare offers, budgets and measurements
• You plan teams, equipment and supplies in coordination with your hierarchy
• You ensure financial monitoring, invoicing and project profitability
• You supervise and support employees on site
• You participate in meetings with clients, architects and engineers;
• You guarantee quality, compliance with NIBT standards as well as safety rules, and you maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners

Your skills

• Federal VET Diploma as an electrician installer or equivalent qualification
• Federal certificate as an electrician project manager in installation and safety, ongoing training or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in managing electrical projects in Switzerland, mastery of Swiss standards and regulations
• Proficiency in planning, costing and measurement tools
• Sense of responsibility, quality and service
• Excellent organisational, anticipation and decision-making skills
• Enjoyment of site supervision, ability to motivate a team
• Very good French, other national languages an asset
• Valid driving licence
