You will become part of a dedicated fiduciary team at PwC Switzerland, supporting national and international clients in a dynamic and increasingly digital environment. Together, you will manage demanding mandates for SMEs from various industries and legal forms, working closely with specialised experts, including those from the tax department. Knowledge is actively shared within the team, responsibility is taken, and collaboration is highly valued. Your Impact
- Independently and actively manage a diverse client portfolio, consisting of SMEs from various industries and legal forms as well as branches of international clients.
- Take on the advisory and support role for our clients in the entire area of financial, accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting, as well as tax matters in collaboration with our tax experts.
- Occasionally undertake external assignments in finance and accounting at national and international companies.
- Assume coaching and mentoring tasks within the team and share your knowledge and experience.
- Ensure quality control of the work performed and a fair workload distribution within the team.
- Actively support client acquisition and the preparation of offers, and assist the team in the digital transformation.
Your Skill Set
- Completed further education at the level of a professional certificate, business administration HF/FH in Accounting & Controlling, or currently training to become a certified fiduciary expert.
- Several years of experience in a comparable environment and experience in independently managing demanding mandates.
- German as a native language and very good English skills.
- Possess an analytical, precise and results-oriented working style and be open, team-oriented, responsible and flexible.
- Be skilled in leading a small team and gladly take on coaching tasks.
- Consider yourself a confident IT user with a winning and service-oriented personality.
