Quality Inspector

Job Description

• Material inspection of sapphire glass semi-finished products using LED microscope
• Optical and aesthetic quality control of sapphire glass semi-finished products
• Dimensional inspection of parts with optical measuring machine
• Visual shape inspection and thickness measurement of ruby half-moons
• Entering production data into the ERP system (Mapics)
• Quality control and classification of sapphire stones using laser technology

Profile

• Very good eyesight and high concentration ability
• Dexterity and precise working
• Confident handling of various measuring instruments

Required Skills

• Fast, careful and precise working method
• Independence as well as good team skills
• Reliability, flexibility and sense of responsibility
• Technical understanding and affinity for numbers are an advantage
