Organizational Developer for Shaping Digital Transformation 80 - 100%The administration of the Canton of Zurich is undergoing change: Digital solutions are emerging, new services for the population and economy are being developed – and with this, roles, structures, and collaboration are also changing. The task is to design the organizational and process structures so that they meet the requirements of a networked and digital administration.
Within the Digital Administration division, we are responsible for organizational development and create the necessary framework conditions to ensure that cross-cutting topics and projects can be coordinated and anchored effectively.
Are you ready to actively shape the future of the Canton of Zurich? Together with you, we will implement the Digital Administration 2025+ strategy and thus shape the digital transformation of the Canton of Zurich.
Starting in July or by arrangement, we are looking for an Organizational Developer for Shaping Digital Transformation, 80-100%.
Your new challenge
You create the organizational foundations for a digital administration that delivers its services efficiently and service-oriented. Specifically, this means:
- You support the administration in building and effectively anchoring cross-cutting collaboration structures in cross-sectional topics
of digital transformation.
- You advise and/or accompany projects of the cantonal administration on overarching questions
regarding organizational development and contribute to the further development of competencies, structures,
and forms of collaboration for a modern administration.
- You use impulses from the internal and external environment and proactively propose adjustments in the
organizational context.
You bring with you
- You have at least 5 years of experience in organizational development or a similar
field and have developed a broad understanding of organizations.
- You hold a master's degree (e.g., in Management, Organization & Culture, or
Organizational Development).
- You enjoy looking at organizations systemically, recognizing connections, and
deriving concrete approaches for change.
- You like to work conceptually without losing sight of implementation and have already proven yourself
as a team player in various projects.
- Holistic thinking, excellent communication skills, initiative, and
self-management skills complete your profile.
