Recognised and essential for over 40 years, Multi Personnel is an agency specialising in the provision of administrative and executive staff, temporary and permanent, in numerous economic sectors such as banking, financial companies, multinationals, NGOs, SMEs and local institutions. We are looking to recruit a Legal Counsel fr-ang (all) for a mission within a private bank in the area.

Mission:

• legal support during the launch of new products or service offers, analysis and updating of contracts and contractual documentation
• legal support in Cross Borders matters
• participate in the management/follow-up of inheritances, disputes and customer claims
• occasional support for financing requests, preparation of contracts, conditions and legal documentation

Profile

• Swiss Bar admission, native French speaker, fluent English and German a serious asset
• 3 years of experience as a legal counsel ideally in the banking sector in Switzerland
• good knowledge of banking and financial products
• ability to draft legal documents, analytical mind and ease of communication
• organised, service-oriented, solution-focused and proactive
• residence in Switzerland and available quickly for a minimum of 7 months
