Role:
In this role, as Divisional Controller, you directly shape the success of the Medical Division and work closely with management and the CFO. You have plenty of freedom to contribute your own ideas, support data-driven decisions, and actively initiate changes. You take on diverse tasks, participate in exciting projects, and benefit from short decision-making paths. You work with modern tools in a highly data-driven environment and can apply your analytical skills purposefully. You are supported by a motivated team in a dynamic industrial environment.
Responsibilities:
- You are a business partner and demanding sparring partner for the management of the Medical Division
- In this role, you take responsibility for local and global divisional controlling
- As Divisional Controller, you proactively identify opportunities, risks, and potential improvements
- You independently analyse complex contexts and derive concrete courses of action
- In this role, you further develop and use our BI and reporting solutions (Qlik)
- You prepare decision-making bases, forecasts, budgets, and ad-hoc analyses
Qualifications:
- You have a higher business education with a focus on finance or controlling
- You have several years of experience as a controller in an international industrial company
- You communicate strongly and advise management teams critically and constructively
- You act with high initiative, work independently, and think entrepreneurially
- You recognise relevant issues early and do not wait to be assigned them
- You bring very good German and English skills
