Your tasks:

• Ensure the daily management and proper upkeep of the department
• Organise shelf stocking and ensure product availability
• Manage stocks, orders and replenishment
• Check prices, labelling and product presentation
• Supervise and support department staff
• Monitor sales and contribute to achieving commercial objectives
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and quality procedures
• Provide a warm welcome and quality service to customers

Profile sought:

• Experience in sales, retail or department management
• First experience in management or supervision appreciated
• Organisational skills and ability to manage priorities
• Dynamic, autonomous and team spirit
• Excellent customer service skills
• Fluency in French essential; another language is an asset
• Comfortable with IT tools and stock management
