We are looking for at Morges Hospital a:
Technical Assistant in Sterilisation (M/F) 100% - Permanent contract

YOU HAVE
- A Level 1 Technical Assistant in Sterilisation certificate.
- Solid knowledge of the sterilisation processes of medical devices, as well as hospital hygiene rules, asepsis, decontamination and traceability.
- A strong ability to apply strict procedures, work precisely and comply with high quality and safety standards.
- Good stress resistance, organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team in an environment driven by hospital needs.
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Carry out the various stages of the sterilisation process of medical devices (pre-disinfection, cleaning, control, packaging and sterilisation) in compliance with current standards and procedures.
- Ensure the quality, safety and traceability of sterile equipment made available to hospital services.
- Participate in the daily organisation of work within the central sterilisation unit and ensure continuity of activities.
- Work closely with the team and partner services, in a spirit of collaboration and professionalism.
