Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM Specialist (m/f/d)
Role:
Supply chains only work when systems and processes fit together. This is exactly where you, as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM Specialist, come in and bring order to complex processes. Projects at home and abroad provide variety, and different industries bring constantly new challenges. With Microsoft Dynamics 365, you translate customer requirements into viable solutions. Direct interaction with departments, development, and project management shapes your working day.
Responsibilities:
You provide professional advice to customers regarding requirements in Supply Chain Management (SCM)
You manage the introduction, implementation, and customising in projects of various sizes
You document requirements clearly and develop concepts for individual adaptations
Furthermore, you lead workshops and train key users as well as daily users
Together with development and project management, you implement the developed solutions
You also support presales topics and demonstrate the benefits of the solution to prospects
Qualifications:
You bring several years of consulting experience in the environment of ERP systems
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 FSCM / F&O or comparable solutions in logistics is a clear advantage
You understand logistics, procurement, and production processes also from a business perspective
Your working style is analytical, well-structured, and consistently focused on feasible solutions
Additionally, you enjoy teamwork, are curious about new technologies, and have a high degree of independence
You are also confident in German and use English effortlessly in daily project work
