To complete its team, the Human Resources department is looking for a
HR Business Partner
80 - 100 %
Your mission:
- Act as a partner and contact person for all HR matters concerning the population assigned to you
- Support and advise the line managers and employees in the key HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle
- Play an important role in conflict management, change support, employee development, and succession planning
- Conduct team diagnostics and propose measures with the support of the responsible HR Business Partner
- Ensure and develop the training of managers
- Handle cases related to labour law
- Support managers in absence management, recruitment, dismissal processes, and in managing complex cases
- Participate in various projects for the HR Directorate
Your profile:
- Holder of a Bachelor’s degree (university or university of applied sciences) or equivalent qualification
- Federal diploma as a human resources specialist is an advantage
- Fluency in French or German with very good knowledge of the other language
- Experience in project management and/or change management is an advantage
- Knowledge of applicable legislation (Lpers / Rpers)
- Ability to work independently, excellent organisational and interpersonal skills with colleagues and the team, a sense of responsibility and discretion, strong customer orientation
- Dynamic and convincing personality who takes initiative and asserts themselves in difficult situations

Responsibilities
- You act as a partner and contact person for all HR questions of the persons assigned to you.
- You support and advise supervisors and employees in the key HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
- You play an important role in dealing with conflicts and supporting change, in employee development and succession planning.
- You conduct team assessments and propose improvement measures with the support of the Head HR Business Partner.
- You ensure the training and further development of managerial staff.
- You handle labour law cases.
- You support those responsible in absence management, recruitment, dismissal procedures, and in handling complex cases.
- You contribute to various projects for the Human Resources Directorate.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree (university or university of applied sciences) or equivalent qualification
- Qualification as an HR specialist with a federal diploma is an advantage
- German or French with very good knowledge of the other language
- Experience in project management and/or change management is an advantage
- Knowledge of applicable legislation (StPG / StPR)
- Independent, customer-oriented working style, excellent organisational skills, social competence within the team and towards hospital employees, sense of responsibility and discretion
- Dynamic and convincing personality with initiative and assertiveness in difficult situations
