Certified Nurse HF/FH/DNII / Nursing Specialist for a geriatric nursing department 60-100%
Your tasks
- Comprehensive care and nursing of guests in accordance with our nursing philosophy and nursing process
- Performing treatment nursing activities
- Planning and accompanying medical visits
- Electronic nursing documentation using Care-Coach
- Assuming tasks as a key contact person
- Managing the nursing process
- Leading case discussions
- Taking on daily responsibility
- Assuming tasks as a topic leader, with professional authority
Your profile
- Completed training as a Certified Nurse HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent qualification recognised by the SRK
- Professional experience in long-term care and Spitex/Inhouse Spitex is an advantage
- Experience as an RAI coordinator is desirable
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Enjoyment of diverse challenges
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
