Unit Secretary

Do you have experience in reception, secretarial work and communication? Would you like to put your professional skills to use for a public heritage institution that is rooted in the past, active in the present and oriented towards the future?

As a unit secretary, you will be responsible for welcoming users of the Cantonal Archives, managing the secretariat and keeping the institution's information and dissemination channels up to date. You will thus contribute to supporting our activities and promoting our institution.

• Welcome users of the Cantonal Archives.

• Manage the institution's secretariat.

• Keep institutional information up to date, notably on websites and other dissemination channels.

• Provide organisational and administrative support during events.

• Contribute to ensuring the security of the institution and its collections.

• Possess a Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) in commerce.

• Secretarial experience, preferably in a heritage and/or public institution.

• Excellent command of the French language and good writing skills.

• Proficiency with common IT tools, ease with communication tools (Typo 3, etc.).

• Good knowledge of the Swiss/Vaud political and administrative system.

• Ability to work and organise independently and as part of a team, creativity.
