Your Tasks
- Responsibility for the comprehensive management of the employee lifecycle - from entry to exit - as well as ensuring professional HR support in all phases.
- Support of recruitment processes in close collaboration with the HR Business Partner and managers.
- Planning, organisation and coordination of a structured onboarding and offboarding process.
- Preparation of employment contracts, references and other personnel-related documents.
- Ensuring compliance with labour law provisions, regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
- Handling and coordination of matters in the areas of social security, withholding tax, work permits and support for international employees.
- Contact person for employees on administrative and personnel-related questions.
- Participation in projects in the areas of talent development, learning & development and other HR initiatives.
- Further development of occupational health management as well as involvement in the planning, implementation and evaluation of employee surveys.
- Analysis, optimisation and further development of HR processes, policies and standards.
- Support with HR reporting, audits and compliance-related issues.
- Responsibility for maintaining personnel master data and ensuring complete and high-quality personnel documentation.
- Close cooperation with the HR Business Partner, HR Business Partner Operations, HR assistance and internal and external contacts.
Your Profile
- Completed commercial basic training as well as further training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma.
- Several years of professional experience as an HR generalist, preferably in a dynamic and international corporate environment.
- Sound knowledge of Swiss labour law and social security.
- Experience in dealing with withholding tax, work permits and international employees.
- Professional appearance as well as a strong service and solution orientation.
- Independent, structured and responsible way of working.
- High trustworthiness, discretion and integrity.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with different stakeholders.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications; experience with Abacus HR is an advantage.
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills, both spoken and written.
