Tasks

• You actively shape the daily life of our residents and ensure a pleasant daily structure.
• You support holistic care and assistance and learn how to handle challenging situations.
• You demonstrate your communication and teamwork skills in contact with residents and in exchange with colleagues.
• You bring motivation for nursing and take the opportunity to learn more about the profession and training.
• You are willing to learn, implement instructions reliably and acquire new knowledge with commitment.

Profile

• Interest in HF nursing studies (full-time, part-time or shortened)
• Open, empathetic, responsible personality
• Minimum age 17 years and residence in Switzerland
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form (level C1 or higher)
• Basic education at EFZ level, specialised middle school or Matura

We offer

After your suitability internship, you will have the best chances of a training place for the entire course if suitable. You decide whether to complete your studies full-time or part-time. With an EFZ as a health professional, a shortened training is possible.

As a student of the higher technical school for nursing (HF), you will become part of the team with us and get to know nursing in all its facets – from long-term care, through dementia, geriatrics, gerontopsychiatry to palliative care and rehabilitative transitional care.
