• Overall responsibility for the commissioning area on the rail vehicle
• Leadership, coaching, and targeted development of employees
• Capacity and resource management in a dynamic project environment and its interfaces with production and engineering
• Management of costs, deadlines, and quality with a clear result focus
• Ensuring timely and smooth vehicle commissioning
• Responsibility for the operational and acceptance capability of the vehicles
• Economic evaluation and calculation of work packages
• Close cooperation with project management and planning to secure deadlines
• Transparent progress control and proactive initiation of measures in case of deviations

• Completed studies in electrical engineering or comparable field
• Extensive leadership experience in a comparable position
• Relevant professional experience in a comparable industry
• Many years of project management experience in an industrial environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
• Advanced English skills
