YOUR TASKS

• Support the head of the ward department in personnel and administrative matters
• Work in nursing approximately 80%
• Ensure professional and high-quality patient care in accordance with our nursing care model
• Support the induction and supervision of new employees, apprentices and students

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as a nurse as well as appropriate leadership training or willingness to complete it
• SRK recognition for foreign diplomas

• At least three years of professional experience in acute care
• Initial leadership experience from the level of deputy head of ward department in a Swiss acute hospital
• Very good German skills (spoken / written)
• Polished manners and strong service orientation as well as enjoyment of working in a professional environment
