YOUR TASKS
- Support the head of the ward department in personnel and administrative matters
- Work in nursing approximately 80%
- Ensure professional and high-quality patient care in accordance with our nursing care model
- Support the induction and supervision of new employees, apprentices and students
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed training as a nurse as well as appropriate leadership training or willingness to complete it
- SRK recognition for foreign diplomas
- At least three years of professional experience in acute care
- Initial leadership experience from the level of deputy head of ward department in a Swiss acute hospital
- Very good German skills (spoken / written)
- Polished manners and strong service orientation as well as enjoyment of working in a professional environment
