Role and Responsibilities

As a site manager, you are responsible for organising, coordinating and monitoring electrical installation sites. You supervise the teams on site, allocate tasks and ensure quality execution, adherence to deadlines and smooth progress of the work. In close collaboration with the project manager, you adapt plans and technical diagrams to the realities of the site, prepare measurements and work orders, and participate in site meetings. You also ensure anticipation and coordination of material needs to guarantee efficient execution of the work. As the main point of contact for our clients, you maintain a relationship of trust and ensure their satisfaction throughout the projects. This full-time position requires regular presence on our sites in the region.

About You

• Federal VET Diploma as an electrical installer, ideally complemented by a site manager diploma, or several years of experience in a similar role.

• Natural leadership, with a sense of responsibility and the ability to supervise, motivate and advance a team.

• Excellent organisational skills, autonomy and ease in coordinating multiple tasks.

• Good communication skills and ease in collaborating with clients and various site stakeholders.

• Pragmatic mindset, flexibility and ability to find solutions adapted to encountered situations.

• Good command of French, both spoken and written.
